Wat bieden wij je?

Je verloning start vanaf €17 en wordt aangevuld met ploegenpremies (bv. 22% in de nachtploeg) en maaltijdcheques.

Je gaat aan de slag in drie ploegen:

  • Vroege ploeg: 6u - 14u
  • Late ploeg: 14u - 22u (op vrijdag van 15u - 21u)
  • Nachtploeg: zondagnacht (starten 20u) tot donderdagnacht van 22u - 6u
  • Af en toe overwerken of op zaterdag inspringen vormt geen probleem

Na een goede interimperiode (+/- 6 maand), kan je eventueel vast in dienst gaan en krijg je een loonsverhoging.

Je komt terecht in een familiaal bedrijf met doorgroeimogelijkheden tot operator.

Functieomschrijving

Het familiale bedrijf is gespecialiseerd in het maken van kwalitatieve veevoeders en zoekt versterking van hun productieteam op lange termijn.

  • Correct aanvullen en controleren voorraad van grondstoffen
  • Instellen parameters + correct doseren van grondstoffen
  • Storingen oplossen
  • Na een bepaalde periode kan je eventueel doorgroeien naar de functie van operator waar je de machines eerder computergestuurd zal opvolgen.
