The posting

Wij zijn opzoek naar een gemotiveerde Operator Perser. Je komt terecht in een groeiende KMO waar een familiale sfeer en waardering centraal staan.

Op de site wordt tarwegluten verwerkt tot hoogwaardige korrels via een geautomatiseerd productieproces. Daarnaast zijn er seizoensgebonden activiteiten zoals ontvangen van gerst, tarwe en maïs tijdens het oogstseizoen (juli tot november) en drogen van het ontvangen maïs.

Je krijgt een grondige interne opleiding

Jouw taken:

  • Instellen en bedienen van de persmachine en drogerij.
  • Regelen van de toevoer van tarwegluten en stoom.
  • Kleine technische problemen oplossen.
  • De productieomgeving en machines proper en stofvrij houden.
  • Meehelpen bij seizoensgebonden activiteiten zoals ontvangen en droging van granen.

Wat verwachten we van jou:

  • Je bent flexibel ingesteld naar werkuren en werkt graag in een 3-ploegenstelsel (late-nacht-vroege)
  • Een goede fysieke conditie: regelmatig trappen doen naar de 3de verdieping vormt geen probleem.
  • Je werkt in een stoffige omgeving (meelstof, lichte geur)
  • je beschikt over een A2-denkniveau
  • Affiniteit met landbouwsector (vb; landbouwgezin, hobby, eerdere ervaring) is een Grote plus
  • Je hebt zin voor verantwoordelijkheid en werkt nauwkeurig
  • Tijdens het oogstseizoen ben je bereid om uitzonderlijk extra uren te maken en af en toe op zaterdag werken

Belangrijk:

  • Je kan werken zonder verlof op te nemen tussen kerst en nieuwjaar
  • Je bent beperkt in het opnemen van brugdagen
  • Er zijn geen collectieve sluitingsdagen
