Vacaturebeschrijving In de rol van Productiemedewerker Plus ben je verantwoordelijk voor het efficiënt verwerken van duizenden poststukken. Met een passie voor techniek krijg je de kans om te leren hoe je sorteermachines bedient. Geen ervaring? Geen probleem! Je krijgt een uitgebreid inwerktraject. Als Productiemedewerker Plus zorg je ervoor dat duizenden poststukken dagelijks correct worden verwerkt en verzendklaar worden gemaakt. Je ondersteunt bij het bedienen van sorteermachines, controleert het proces en grijpt in bij kleine afwijkingen. Dankzij een volledig betaald inwerktraject leer je het werk stap voor stap en kun je daarna doorgroeien naar bijvoorbeeld Warehouse Operator of Technisch Operator.

Dankzij de gunstige ligging is het bedrijf goed bereikbaar vanuit onder andere Tilburg, Oss en de omliggende regio.

Jouw werkzaamheden zijn:- Sorteermachines helpen bedienen en instellen - Het sorteerproces controleren en afwijkingen signaleren - Kleine storingen oplossen of op tijd doorgeven - Kwaliteitscontroles uitvoeren en meedenken over verbeteringen - Machines schoon houden en zorgen dat ze goed blijven werken

Je werkt 37 uur per week in een 3- of 4-ploegendienst. Je draait afwisselend ochtend-, avond- en nachtdiensten.
