Onze klant is expert in de inspectie en revisie van gasflessen voor uiteenlopende sectoren en toepassingen. Met geavanceerde visuele, hydraulische en ultrasone inspectietechnieken worden de gasflessen tot in detail gecontroleerd. Tijdens dit proces worden de flessen volledig gedemonteerd, grondig onderzocht en met uiterste zorg opnieuw samengesteld. Daarnaast leveren zij maatwerk in de vorm van internationaal erkende certificaten – een bevestiging van hun hoge kwaliteitsstandaarden en sterke focus op veiligheid.

Jobomschrijving

Zin in een uitdagende productiefunctie met moderne automatisatie? Dan ben jij de productiemedewerker die wij zoeken!

Voor een moderne productieomgeving zoeken we een productiemedewerker voor de poederlijn in 2 ploegen (vroege/late). In deze geautomatiseerde afdeling werk je met machines en een robotinstallatie en zorg je mee voor een vlot en kwalitatief productieproces.

Je hangt cylinders gecontroleerd aan de ketting en stelt de machines, inclusief robot, correct in en bedient ze. Daarnaast graveer je de nodige data in de fles, spuit je ogieven en bewaak je de kwaliteit van het eindresultaat. Bij storingen spoor je het probleem op en los je dit zelfstandig of in overleg met collega’s op.

Je werkt met professioneel materiaal zoals een hijstakel, diverse handgereedschappen, een graveertoestel, verfspuitpistool, laagdiktemeter en solvent.

Als productiemedewerker poederlijn herken je jezelf in het volgende:

  • Je hebt technische en machinekennis en bent bereid fysiek en mechanisch werk uit te voeren
  • Je hebt oog voor kwaliteit, toont initiatief en werkt nauwkeurig volgens orders en plannen
  • Ervaring met 2-componenten natlak of poederlak is een plus, maar geen vereiste
  • Je beheerst het Nederlands zeer goed en begrijpt instructies in het Engels
  • Je kan werken in 2 ploegen: vroege (06u-14u) en late (14u-22u)
