Je nieuwe baan Wat ga je allemaal doen? Als technisch productiemedewerker ben jij een belangrijke schakel in het gehele productieproces. Jij maakt de mallen klaar, zorgt ervoor dat het beton gestort wordt en dat alles precies op maat gemaakt is. Of het nu om vloeren, wanden of maatwerk gaat, jou nauwkeurigheid is van groot belang. Als alles goed is uitgehard, werk je het af en zorg je ervoor dat het klaar wordt gemaakt voor transport. Doordat elke mal anders is, is het werk zeer afwisselend & uitdagend. Over het bedrijf Een korte introductie De organisatie waar jij komt te werken is een voorloper in de productie van prefab betonnen elementen. Hierbij kan je denken aan betonnen wanden, vloeren en trappen die uiteindelijk gebruikt worden in de bouw voor gevelelementen en hoofddraagcontructies. Bij de werkplaats in Coevorden worden de prefab elementen gemaakt, vervolgens wordt dit op de bouwplaats geassembleerd. Je komt te werken in een moderne productiehal waarbij je in een hecht team terecht komt. Wat we jou bieden Naast persoonlijk contact - Een goed startsalaris dat kan variëren van €2600,- bruto per maand tot en met €3100,- bruto per maand - Fulltime functie in dagdienst met uitzicht op een vast contract - Doorgroeimogelijkheden binnen een stabiel en groeiend bedrijf - Goede voorzieningen, zoals werkkleding en modern gereedschap - Een netto reiskostenvergoeding
