In een moderne productielocatie in Krimpen aan den IJssel werk je als Productiemedewerker Railbouw aan maatwerkrails voor trapliften, samen met een hecht en nuchter team. Je groeit stap voor stap door in het productieproces en leert verschillende bewerkingstechnieken, van buigen tot (robot)lassen. ✓ Bruto maandsalaris tussen €3.200,- en €3.800,- afhankelijk van ervaring ✓ Fulltime baan in 2-ploegendienst, 38 vakantiedagen en optie op auto van de zaak ✓ Interne opleidingen (o.a. MIG/MAG en TIG lassen, robotlassen) en veel doorgroeikansen wat ga je doen? Als Productiemedewerker Railbouw werk je als productiemedewerker aan metalen rails voor trapliften die later bij klanten thuis worden gemonteerd. Je start op één werkstation en wordt daarna breder inzetbaar binnen de railbouw. Je werkzaamheden bestaan uit: - Buigen van metalen buizen met CNC- en andere buigmachines - Monteren van onderdelen op de rail, zoals heugels en bevestigingsmaterialen - Uitvoeren van puntlassen (TIG lassen) en ondersteunen bij robotlassen - Handmatig MIG/MAG lassen bij specifieke toepassingen en maatwerkoplossingen - Metaalbewerking zoals zagen, boren en ponsen van metalen onderdelen - Controleren van maatvoering en kwaliteit van de rails op de werkstations - Samenwerken met collega-monteurs, lassers en logistiek binnen de moderne productieomgeving Na verloop van tijd pak je steeds meer laswerkzaamheden en montagestappen op, zodat je het complete railbouwproces beheerst.
