The posting

Wat je gaat doen Als Productiemedewerker help je mee met het bewerken en verwerken van glas. Je start bij één werkplek en leert stap voor stap meer werkzaamheden en machines kennen.

Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:- Bedienen en instellen van productiemachines; - Snijden en bewerken van glas; - Buigen en bewerken van aluminium profielen; - Assembleren van glasproducten; - Bedienen van machines, zoals een seal-/afdichtmachine; - Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles; - Melden van kleine storingen aan machines; - Veilig werken en je werkplek netjes houden; - Leren werken op meerdere werkplekken.

Je werkt gemiddeld 38 uur per week in een 3-ploegendienst. De diensten rouleren tussen de vroege, late en nachtdienst: 05:30–14:00, 14:00–22:30 en 22:30–05:30. Op vrijdag eindigt de late dienst om 23:00 uur. De nachtdienst begint op zondagavond eerder, omdat de machines moeten worden opgestart. Wat we je bieden Bij Scheuten kun je rekenen op:- €15,92 bruto per uur plus 23% ploegentoeslag, wat neerkomt op €19,58 bruto per uur; - €0,25 reiskostenvergoeding per kilometer, vanaf de eerste kilometer tot maximaal 50 kilometer enkele reis; - 8% vakantiegeld; - Een fulltime functie van gemiddeld 38 uur per week; - Een tijdelijk contract met uitzicht op een vast contract; - De keuze tussen wekelijkse of vierwekelijkse salarisbetaling; - De mogelijkheid om op meerdere werkplekken te leren werken en jezelf verder te ontwikkelen; - Een bonus van maximaal €2.500 bruto per jaar, afhankelijk van de resultaten van het bedrijf; - Elke dag gratis vers fruit; - Een moderne, schone en lichte werkomgeving.
