Als productiemedewerker in onze schrijnwerkerij werk je hoofdzakelijk in het atelier en ben je mee verantwoordelijk voor het vakkundig vervaardigen van maatkasten, keukens, badkamers en andere interieurelementen. Dankzij jouw technisch inzicht en oog voor detail draag je bij aan de hoogwaardige afwerking waar wij voor staan.

Concreet betekent dit dat je:

  • Hout- en plaatmateriaal verwerkt tot afgewerkte interieurelementen volgens technische plannen en werktekeningen
  • Machines en gereedschap correct instelt en gebruikt voor het verzagen, frezen, verlijmen en monteren
  • Aan de slag gaat met CNC-gestuurde machines of bereid bent dit te leren
  • Onderdelen monteert en voorbereidt voor plaatsing op de werf
  • Meedenkt over de technische uitvoerbaarheid van projecten
  • Nauw samenwerkt met collega’s van productie en projectleiding
  • Instaat voor orde en netheid op de werkvloer

Als productiemedewerker schrijnwerkerij herken je jezelf in volgende punten:

  • Je hebt een passie voor hout en maatwerk schrijnwerk
  • Je bent technisch aangelegd en kan planlezen
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring met houtbewerkingsmachines (of leert dit snel bij)
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail
  • Je communiceert helder en staat open voor feedback
  • Je bent betrouwbaar, ordelijk en hebt verantwoordelijkheidszin
  • Je hebt minstens 3 à 5 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie
