Voor een warm Brabants bouwbedrijf in regio's Oss ,'s Hertogenbosch zoeken we een Fulltime (40 uur) Spuiter die het spuitproces van houten kozijnen, ramen en deuren beheerst. Je werkt met spuitrobots én handmatig spuitwerk, bewaakt kwaliteit en grijpt in bij afwijkingen. Je komt terecht in een organisatie met goede sfeer die hard groeit. Wat ga je doen? Als Spuiter ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het instellen, bedienen en bewaken van zowel handmatige spuitapparatuur als geautomatiseerde spuitrobots. Je maakt verf en lak op kleur met behulp van machines, houdt procesinstellingen scherp in de gaten en zorgt dat het eindresultaat constant voldoet aan de kwaliteits- en kleurvoorschriften. Wat ga je doen? - Werkopdrachten, tekeningen en kleurcodes beoordelen en vertalen naar de juiste aanpak - Houten onderdelen voorbereiden (reinigen/ontvetten) en materialen klaarzetten - Verf- en lakmengsels op kleur maken en kleurcorrectheid controleren - Spuitrobots instellen/afstellen en spuitprogramma’s controleren; werkplek en veiligheid checken - Spuitrobots en handspuitapparatuur bedienen en het spuitproces bewaken; waar nodig handmatig bijspuiten/corrigeren - Kwaliteitscontroles uitvoeren (o.a. Laagdikte, dekking, oppervlaktekwaliteit) en afwijkingen herstellen of bijstellen - Registreren van instellingen/gebruikte materialen, klein onderhoud doen en de werkplek/spuitcabine netjes en veilig opleveren
