Wil jij werken in een bijzondere productieomgeving waar je een écht vak kunt leren? En zoek je een fulltime baan met een goed salaris? Voor De Steenfabriek in Deest zijn wij op zoek naar een productiemedewerker.

Je komt terecht in een bijzondere werkomgeving waar traditionele productietechnieken, moderne installaties en vakmanschap samenkomen. Samen met je collega's zorg je ervoor dat het productieproces soepel, veilig en volgens planning verloopt.

Wat ga je doen? In deze functie werk je mee aan het volledige productieproces. Samen met je collega’s zorg je ervoor dat het productieproces soepel en veilig verloopt. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

- Het ondersteunen van het productieproces; - Het controleren en bewaken van de voortgang binnen de fabriek; - Kooltjes aanvullen op het vuur waar de stenen worden gebakken ; - Samenwerken met collega’s binnen de productieomgeving; - Zorgen voor een veilige en nette werkplek.

Je werkt in een 3-ploegendienst, waarbij je iedere week een andere dienst draait. De tijden zijn:

06:00 – 14:00 uur

14:00 – 22:00 uur

22:00 – 06:00 uur

Hiernaast werk je gemiddeld 2 weekenden per maand. Dit zijn geen volledige weekenden, maar bijvoorbeeld een vrijdagavond- en een ochtenddienst in het weekend.

Waar ga je werken? Je gaat aan de slag bij een steenfabriek in Deest. Hier wordt gewerkt aan een bijzonder productieproces waarin vakmanschap, techniek en traditionele productiemethoden samenkomen. Een omgeving die je niet snel ergens anders tegenkomt.

De fabriek heeft een betrokken en nuchtere werksfeer. Collega's werken nauw met elkaar samen en nemen de tijd om nieuwe medewerkers het vak goed te leren.
