Vacaturebeschrijving Als productiemedewerker tegels werk je elke dag met je handen aan hoogwaardige keramische producten. Je werkt op één vaste plek, alles ligt op werkhoogte en je ziet direct resultaat van je werk. Geen ervaring? Je leert het vak hier gewoon in de praktijk. Je nieuwe baan Wat ga je allemaal doen? Als productiemedewerker tegels werk je in dagdienst op één vaste plek aan het maken van keramische producten. Je doet in de basis hetzelfde als een tegelzetter, maar dan onder betere omstandigheden. Alles ligt op werkhoogte en je werkt op platen en frames in plaats van vloeren en wanden op locatie. Je werkt met tegels die vaak al zijn gesneden en uitgeboord. Kleine aanpassingen doe je zelf, zodat alles perfect past. Daarna zorg je ervoor dat de tegels strak en netjes worden geplaatst en afgewerkt. Je meet waar nodig nog dingen na, werkt alles netjes uit en houdt de kwaliteit hoog. Omdat je op één vaste werkplek werkt, heb je altijd de juiste materialen en gereedschappen bij de hand. Dat werkt overzichtelijk en zorgt ervoor dat je goed en netjes kunt werken. Ervaring is niet nodig. Je leert het vak hier in de praktijk. Stap voor stap word je meegenomen in het proces, zodat je steeds beter wordt in wat je doet. Het belangrijkste is dat je gemotiveerd bent en ervoor gaat. Over het bedrijf Een korte introductie Je komt terecht in een familiebedrijf waar alles draait om werken met tegels. Van het ontwikkelen en maken van keramische producten tot het realiseren van projecten op locatie door ervaren tegelzetters in het luxe segment. Alles wordt van begin tot eind geregeld. De projecten waar ze aan werken zijn heel verschillend, denk aan hotels, horeca, wellness en winkels, maar ook aan complete woningen of een geheel appartementencomplex. Binnen het bedrijf is er een duidelijke focus op een eigen ontwikkeld product. Dit product is ontstaan doordat er in de markt iets veranderde.
