In de kas werk je met groentegewassen zoals tomaat, paprika, komkommer, aubergine of augurk. Je zorgt voor gezonde planten en een goed verloop van het werk volgens planning. Met jouw ervaring zie je snel wanneer iets afwijkt en weet je wat er nodig is om de groei op gang te houden. Je werkt zelfstandig, maar ondersteunt ook je collega's waar nodig. Als Productiemedewerker Tuinbouw werk je dagelijks in de kas en zorg je dat alles netjes, gezond en volgens planning verloopt. Met jouw ervaring in de tuinbouw weet je precies waar je op moet letten. Samen met een klein team beheer je een deel van de kas. Je werkt zelfstandig, maar ondersteunt collega's wanneer dat nodig is. Dit ga je doen: - Verzorgen en onderhouden van gewassen zoals tomaten, paprika's, komkommers, aubergines of augurken - Signaleren van groeiafwijkingen of gezondheidsproblemen en direct actie ondernemen - Werken met coderingen en bijhouden van registraties - Opbinden, draaien en toppen van planten - Samenwerken met collega's binnen een hecht team Je hebt minimaal 1 jaar ervaring in de tuinbouw, sierteelt of met gewassen en bent bekend met dagelijkse kaswerkzaamheden. Je werkt van maandag tot en met vrijdag in dagdienst, meestal van 07:30 tot 16:00 uur. De werktijden kunnen per seizoen verschillen. Het werk is fysiek: je tilt kratten tot ongeveer 8 kilo, staat veel en werkt soms op hoogte.
