Met jouw inzet blijft het proces strak op tempo en liggen er kansen om door te groeien naar operator. Dit ga je doen Als productiemedewerker op de kartonnageafdeling heb jij een belangrijke rol in het bedrijfsproces! Jij zorgt er samen met de machinesteller voor dat de verpakkingen foutloos machinaal worden gevouwen en geplakt. De producten die jij maakt kan je zelf tegenkomen in cafetaria's, supermarkten of zelfs in het vliegtuig als je een frietje besteld. Je hebt direct het eindproduct in handen wat een voldaan gevoel geeft! Samen met jouw team zorg je voor de beste kwaliteit. Jouw werkzaamheden als productiemedewerker bestaan o.a. uit: - Voorbereiden van de orders: Je zorgt ervoor dat alle materialen klaarstaan en de machine goed is ingesteld voor de productie. - Productie draaien: Tijdens het draaien van de machine bewaak jij het proces en zorg je ervoor dat alles soepel verloopt. - Kwaliteit bewaken: Jouw oog voor detail zorgt ervoor dat je afwijkingen in de productie direct signaleert en oplost. - Verpakken van het eindproduct aan de machine. Er wordt gewerkt in een tweeploegendienst, dus je hebt de flexibiliteit van wisselende werktijden: - Vroege dienst: maandag t/m vrijdag van 06.00 tot 14.00 uur. - Late dienst: maandag t/m donderdag van 14.00 tot 23.00 uur en vrijdag van 14.00 tot 18.00 uur zodat je lekker kan genieten van jouw vrijdagavond Dit krijg je - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal (i.v.m. veiligh...
