Bij Bertus-Dekker Seafood in IJmuiden zorg je samen met je collega's dat vis van binnenkomst tot verzending goed wordt verwerkt. Van sorteren en verpakken tot de diepvries en expeditie: jij bent op verschillende plekken in het bedrijf aan de slag. Wat je kan verwachten Bij Bertus-Dekker Seafood werk je mee aan het hele proces: van de ontvangst van vis tot het klaarmaken voor verzending. Op maandag, een deel van woensdag en vrijdag sorteer en verpak je vis. Op andere dagen werk je vooral met diepvriesproducten. Je zorgt voor de aanvoer, weegt en stapelt producten en helpt bij het zagen van vis en de expeditie. Je werkt samen met collega's en wisselt regelmatig van werkzaamheden. Daarbij zorg je dat alles netjes, veilig en volgens de kwaliteitseisen wordt verwerkt. Je bent graag fysiek bezig en vindt het fijn om aan het einde van de dag te zien wat je samen hebt gedaan. Je komt terecht bij een familiebedrijf dat al sinds 1948 vis verwerkt. Persoonlijke aandacht en een prettige werksfeer staan hier centraal. Je werkt 32 tot 40 uur per week en krijgt de mogelijkheid om nieuwe werkzaamheden te leren en door te groeien. Een direct dienstverband is mogelijk, met uitzicht op een vast contract. Vereisten - Mbo werk- en denkniveau - Je spreekt en begrijpt goed Nederlands - Fysiek werk is voor jou geen probleem - Je bent flexibel en pakt verschillende werkzaamheden op - Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor kwaliteit en hygiëne Voorwaarden - Salaris €2.650 - €2.775 bruto per maand (40u) - Direct dienstverband mogelijk - 24 vakantiedagen bij een 40-urige werkweek - Opleidingsmogelijkheden en een studiekostenregeling - Goede pensioenregeling, winstuitkering en kans op vast contract
