Lees snel verder! Over het werk Als productiemedewerker vullijn ben jij een belangrijke schakel in het productieproces. Je werkt fulltime (37,5 uur per week) in een moderne productielocatie. In deze rol stuur je directe collega's aan, stel je machines in voor het afvullen en verpakken van producten en los je kleine technische storingen op. Je focus ligt op het behalen van de geplande productieaantallen, waarbij veiligheid en kwaliteit altijd voorop staan. Opleidings- en doorgroeimogelijkheden zijn aanwezig, zodat jij jezelf kunt blijven ontwikkelen. Deze functie is voor langere tijd en biedt uitzicht op een vaste aanstelling. Je start je werkdag met een korte teamoverleg waarin de productieplanning wordt doorgenomen. Daarna verdeel je de taken, geef je collega's duidelijke instructies en controleer je of iedereen veilig en hygiënisch te werk gaat. Gedurende de dag stel je machines af, hou je de voortgang van de productie in de gaten en voer je kwaliteitscontroles uit. Je grijpt direct in bij afwijkingen of storingen en meldt deze waar nodig. Tussendoor zorg je voor een nette en opgeruimde werkplek, zodat het productieproces soepel blijft verlopen.
