The posting

Als Productiemedewerker Wasserij ben jij een belangrijke schakel in het productieproces: je start in de sortering en krijgt de kans om door te groeien naar een veelzijdige functie waarin je mee de volledige opstart van de wasserij opvolgt.

Voor een industriële wasserij zijn we op zoek naar een gemotiveerde medewerker die in eerste instantie meewerkt in de onreine zone waar de vuile was gesorteerd wordt. Vanuit deze basisfunctie krijg je de mogelijkheid om door te groeien naar de rol van productiemedewerker, waarbij je mee verantwoordelijk bent voor de opstart en opvolging van het volledige productieproces.

De wasserij bestaat uit 3 grote delen:

  • Onreine zone: sortering van de vuile was
  • Reine zone: magelzone waar alles gestreken wordt
  • Afwerking: inpak, orderpicking en expeditie

Jouw taken in de sortering

  • Leegmaken van plastiek zakken met vuile was
  • Sorteren van de was op artikelniveau in hangzakken
  • Wegbrengen van lege karren

Jouw taken als productiemedewerker

  • Je start de werkdag vroeger op (vanaf 4u30) en helpt mee om het volledige proces vlot te laten verlopen:
  • Opstarten van productieondersteunende machines in de onreine zone zoals stoomketel, compressor en waterinstallaties
  • Opstarten van de wasstraten, waszwierders en drogers
  • Opstarten van de machines in de reine zone
  • Opvolgen van de goede werking van alle machines
  • Bewaken van de productiviteit en ingrijpen waar nodig
  • Naleven van hygiëne-, veiligheids- en netheidsvoorschriften

Belangrijk: sortering blijft de prioriteit en vormt ongeveer ¾ van de functie. We zoeken iemand die daarnaast interesse heeft om door te groeien naar de opstart van de wasserij.

Als productiemedewerker wasserij ben je leergierig, werk je graag zelfstandig en wil je mee verantwoordelijkheid opnemen in een productieomgeving.

Wij zoeken iemand die:

  • Flexibel is naar werkuren en werkposten
  • Eerlijk, consequent en positief ingesteld is
  • Zelfstandig kan werken
  • Werkwillig en gemotiveerd is
  • Interesse heeft om het volledige proces te leren kennen
  • Een goede kennis van het Nederlands (B2) aangezien alle informatie en instructies worden doorgegeven in het Nederlands op de werkvloer.
