The posting

Mycelia is gespecialiseerd in de productie van broed: mycelium (schimmeldraden) gekweekt op een steriele voedingsbodem.

Om ons team te versterken, zoeken wij een enthousiaste en nauwkeurige operator met een sterk gevoel voor orde en hygiëne, voor een functie in onze steriele afdeling.

Je takenpakket omvat onder meer:

  • Werken in een steriele ruimte met aangepaste kledij (overall met kap, mondmasker en handschoenen)
  • Enten van gesteriliseerde zakken granen met mycelium
  • Dichtlassen en mengen van de zakken
  • Plaatsen van de zakken op karren voor verdere incubatie
  • Reiniging van machines, werktafels en vloeren (ongeveer 25% van je werktijd), om een zuivere werkomgeving te garanderen

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Taalvaardigheid: Op de werkvloer spreken we Nederlands. Het is daarom belangrijk dat je voldoende Nederlands begrijpt en spreekt om instructies goed te kunnen volgen en vlot te communiceren met je collega’s.
  • Zelfstandigheid: Na een grondige opleiding verwachten we dat je je taken zelfstandig kan uitvoeren en initiatief durft nemen waar nodig.
  • Orde en netheid: Een propere werkomgeving is essentieel voor onze productie. We zoeken iemand die zorgvuldig werkt en het vanzelfsprekend vindt om op te ruimen en hygiënisch te werken.
  • Handige Harry? Als je technisch handig bent, is dat zeker een pluspunt: er zijn altijd kleine klusjes te doen. Geen nood als je dat niet bent – dit is absoluut geen vereiste.
  • Heftruckattest: Heb je een attest als heftruckbestuurder, dan is dat mooi meegenomen. Heb je dit nog niet, dan kan je het eventueel bij ons behalen.
