Je komt terecht bij een internationale producent van bouwmaterialen en innovatieve bouwoplossingen, met verschillende productievestigingen in België. Duurzaamheid, kwaliteit, veiligheid en aandacht voor medewerkers staan er centraal. De combinatie van een familiale werksfeer en de mogelijkheden van een grote internationale groep zorgt voor een omgeving waarin je je technische kennis verder kunt ontwikkelen en op termijn kunt doorgroeien.

Jobomschrijving

Je bewaakt het productieproces van dichtbij en grijpt in wanneer een aanpassing nodig is. Bij een productwissel zorg je mee voor een correcte omstelling en ook het dagelijkse onderhoud van de machine hoort bij jouw takenpakket. Je krijgt hiervoor een interne opleiding en wordt in het begin begeleid door een ervaren collega.

Jouw takenpakket zal bestaan uit:

  • Instellen van de machine volgens de productieplanning
  • Opvolgen van het productieproces en parameters bijsturen waar nodig
  • Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles tijdens de productie
  • Uitvoeren van omstellingen bij een wissel van product
  • Digitaal registreren van de nodige productiecijfers
  • De werkplek en machine netjes en ordelijk houden
  • Na de interne opleiding samen met de technieker eenvoudige onderhoudswerken uitvoeren
  • Afwijkingen of technische problemen tijdig signaleren
  • Actief bijdragen aan een veilige en vlotte productieomgeving
  • Collega's ondersteunen en zorgen voor een goede samenwerking binnen het team

?Wie zoeken we?

  • Eerste ervaring binnen een productieomgeving of een sterke technische interesse
  • Technisch inzicht en interesse in machines en productieprocessen
  • Voldoende maturiteit om zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen
  • Nauwkeurig kunnen werken met aandacht voor kwaliteit
  • Veiligheid steeds als prioriteit behandelen
  • Vlot Nederlands spreken en begrijpen om de opleidingen te verstaan
  • Bereidheid om bij te leren en nieuwe technieken aan te nemen
  • Een teamgerichte ingesteldheid en betrouwbare werkhouding
  • Geen bezwaar tegen een werkomgeving waarin klei als basisproduct wordt verwerkt
  • Bereidheid om in 2 ploegen te werken: vroege ploeg van 5u tot 13u06 en late ploeg van 13u tot 21u06
