Voor een bedrijf dat gespecialiseerd is in het maken van verpakkingen, zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren operator die zich kan vrijmaken in twee ploegen.

Wie zoeken we?

  • Je kan terugblikken op een stabiele ervaring als operator en hebt de nodige technische achtergrond (via studies, hobby's ...).
  • Je kan je flexibel opstellen in een twee ploegen systeem.6 - 14u (op vrijdag van 6u - 12u30) 14u - 22u (op vrijdag van 12u30 - 19u)
  • Je kan je zelfstandig verplaatsen naar de regio van Lokeren, het bedrijf is niet te bereiken met het openbaar vervoer.
  • Je steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen en vindt het niet erg om fysiek werk uit te voeren.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en ordelijk en houdt rekening met hygiëneregels aangezien er voor de voedingssector gewerkt wordt.
  • Je bent hands-on ingesteld en ziet werk.

Functieomschrijving

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een vlot verloop van het productieproces en doet dit door:

  • Opstarten en opvolgen machines: parameters correct instellen en eventueel bijregelen
  • Aanvullen voorraden
  • Een nette werkplek behouden
  • Correct sorteren van afval en tijdig ledigen van containers
  • Ondersteunen van inpakmedewerkers bij het inpakken en kleven van dozen
  • Indien ervaring en heftruckattest: afgewerkte producten wegbrengen naar het magazijn
  • Machines ombouwen indien nodig
  • Kleine technische storingen zelf oplossen, helpen van techniekers bij grotere storingen
