The posting

Je komt terecht in een klein, familiaal en groeiend bedrijf waar je geen nummer bent. Je werkt nauw samen met de zaakvoerder, medezaakvoerder en het productieteam en krijgt de kans om het volledige productieproces van dichtbij te leren kennen.De functie is bewust breed. Je ondersteunt mee in de productie, bewaakt de kwaliteit, volgt de voorraad op en denkt actief mee over verbeteringen. Je leert eerst het productieproces en de verschillende producten grondig kennen. Daarna krijg je steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid. Op termijn is het de bedoeling dat je doorgroeit naar een verantwoordelijke rol binnen de bakkerij.

Jobomschrijving

Je volgt het volledige productieproces op, van grondstof tot afgewerkt product. Jouw taken:

  • Bedienen en instellen van machines zoals mengers, ovens en andere productie-installaties
  • Bereiden van degen volgens de recepten
  • Bakken van wafels volgens de vooropgestelde kwaliteitsnormen
  • Het productieproces nauwgezet opvolgen en bijsturen waar nodig
  • Technische storingen detecteren en waar mogelijk zelf oplossen
  • Kwaliteitscontroles en testen uitvoeren
  • Toezien op voedselveiligheid en correcte tracering
  • Stock en administratie opvolgen
  • Machines en werkruimtes proper en hygiënisch houden
  • Recepturen mee verbeteren en optimaliseren
  • Meedenken over procesverbeteringen
  • Vooruit plannen zodat de productie vlot kan verlopen

Je bent iemand die graag verschillende petten opzet. Vandaag ben je bezig met de productie, morgen los je een technische storing op en tussendoor hou je de administratie of voorraad mee in het oog. Je herkent jezelf hierin:

  • Je bent technisch aangelegd en handig
  • Je werkt graag met machines
  • Je hebt inzicht in productieprocessen
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en planmatig
  • Je ziet werk liggen en neemt spontaan initiatief
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en kwaliteitsbewust
  • Je hebt respect voor grondstoffen, recepten en voedselveiligheid
  • Je bent sociaal en communicatief
  • Je kan zowel zelfstandig als in team werken
  • Je kan vlot Nederlands en je kan je voldoende uitdrukken in het Frans
  • Je bent administratief sterk en kan werken met onder andere Excel
  • Je bent flexibel wanneer de productie dit vraagt
  • Je hebt ambitie om op termijn door te groeien. Een ervaring als operator, bakker, technieker of binnen een productieomgeving is mooi meegenomen, maar jouw technische feeling, verantwoordelijkheidszin en leergierigheid zijn minstens even belangrijk.
