Jobomschrijving

Je staat mee in voor het afvullen van chemische producten met behulp van een semi-automatische afvulinstallatie.

  • Je bedient productieapparatuur zowel manueel als via controlepanelen.
  • Je vult producten af volgens de voorgeschreven hoeveelheden en kwaliteitsnormen.
  • Je voert controles uit en volgt de productie nauwgezet op.
  • Je bestuurt een heftruck en/of transpallet voor intern transport.
  • Je overlegt met de hoofdoperator en werkt nauw samen met collega's en technische medewerkers.
  • Je houdt productiedocumenten correct bij.
  • Je volgt de veiligheids-, milieu- en kwaliteitsvoorschriften strikt op.
  • Je hebt een technische opleiding of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Ervaring als productieoperator is een sterke troef.
  • Kennis of ervaring met chemische producten is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring met installaties zoals leidingen, filters, pompen en afvulmachines.
  • Je hebt ervaring met een heftruck, bij voorkeur een klemheftruck, of bent bereid dit snel aan te leren.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en gedisciplineerd.
  • Veiligheid en het correct volgen van procedures zijn voor jou vanzelfsprekend.
  • Je kan zelfstandig inschatten wanneer je extra informatie of ondersteuning nodig hebt.
  • Je bent matuur en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je werk.
  • Je bent bereid om in 2 ploegen te werken.
