Breng je technische talent tot leven in een familiebedrijf waar metaal verandert in slimme machines. Als CNC-operator maak jij het verschil met precisie, vakmanschap en een vleugje staalmagie.

Als productieoperator CNC ben jij verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Zelfstandig instellen, bedienen en opvolgen van CNC-gestuurde draai- en/of freesmachines
  • Lezen van technische plannen en vertalen naar nauwkeurige bewerkingen
  • Controleren van stukken tijdens én na bewerking met schuifmaat, micrometer of 3D-meettoestel
  • Bijsturen waar nodig om tot een perfect eindresultaat te komen
  • Zorgen voor een nette en veilige werkplek, inclusief basisonderhoud van de machine
  • Signaleren van problemen en actief meedenken over verbeteringen

Je zorgt er dus voor dat elk onderdeel piekfijn en met uiterste precisie van de machine rolt!

Onze klant, gevestigd in Nieuwkerken, is een internationaal actief toeleveringsbedrijf gespecialiseerd in machinebouw en de productie van machineonderdelen. Dankzij een uitgebreid en veelzijdig machinepark kan het bedrijf uiteenlopende totaalprojecten realiseren. Voor deze functie zoeken we jou als productieoperator CNC als je beschikt over:

  • Een technische opleiding, bij voorkeur in de richting van mechanica of werktuigbouwkunde
  • Ervaring met CNC-machines is een plus, maar niet noodzakelijk – motivatie en leergierigheid tellen ook!
  • Inzicht in technische tekeningen en het vermogen om deze om te zetten naar concrete bewerkingen
  • Een hands-on mentaliteit en oog voor detail, zodat je altijd kwaliteit levert
  • Probleemoplossend vermogen en een nieuwsgierige houding om verbeteringen door te voeren
  • Bereidheid om in ploegendienst te werken (indien van toepassing)
  • Veiligheidsbewustzijn en zorg voor een nette werkplek
