  • Functionele tests uitvoeren met specifieke testapparatuur.
  • Visuele, optische en mechanische kwaliteitscontroles uitvoeren.
  • Componenten en subassemblies manueel assembleren.
  • Kleine en delicate componenten zorgvuldig en nauwkeurig hanteren.
  • Afgewerkte producten voorbereiden, controleren en verpakken.
  • Productieprocedures, werkinstructies en checklists volgen.
  • Defecten, kwaliteitsproblemen of non-conformiteiten identificeren en melden.
  • Productie- en kwaliteitsdocumentatie invullen om de traceerbaarheid te garanderen.
  • Je werkplek schoon en ordelijk houden en de 5S- en veiligheidsregels naleven.
  • Repetitieve precisietaken uitvoeren met behoud van concentratie en kwaliteit.
  • Afwisselen tussen verschillende productieactiviteiten naargelang de prioriteiten.
  • Nieuwe assemblage-, test- en productieprocessen aanleren via opleiding op de werkvloer.
  • Technisch secundair onderwijs of gelijkwaardige praktijkervaring.
  • Bij voorkeur enige ervaring in productie, elektronica, assemblage, testing, verpakking of een andere industriële omgeving.
  • Goede fijne motoriek en aandacht voor detail.
  • Het vermogen om procedures nauwkeurig te volgen en tegelijk een goed werktempo aan te houden.
  • Een betrouwbare en georganiseerde manier van werken.
  • Een praktische, hands-on mentaliteit en teamspirit.
  • Vooral de flexibiliteit om verschillende productieactiviteiten aan te leren en uit te voeren.
  • Engels: goede professionele kennis (minimum B1) – essentieel voor dagelijkse communicatie en instructies.
  • Nederlands of Frans: vlotte beheersing van minstens één van beide talen.

Ervaring met elektronica, optica of precisieproductie is een pluspunt, maar je hoeft geen elektronicaspecialist te zijn. Gemotiveerde kandidaten met een technische achtergrond en beperkte productie-ervaring zijn eveneens welkom
