Ben jij praktisch ingesteld, technisch sterk en iemand die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt? Zie je jezelf op termijn een team aansturen?

Je start als Operator Productie en krijgt een duidelijk opleidingstraject waarmee je stap voor stap kunt doorgroeien naar Teamleader Productie. Je leert de verschillende productielijnen kennen, bouwt technische kennis op en ontwikkelt ondertussen je leidinggevende vaardigheden.

Jouw groeitraject

Jaar 1 – Operator Productie

Tijdens je eerste jaar leer je de productieomgeving en alle verschillende lijnen grondig kennen.

Je taken bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Bedienen en ombouwen van verpakkings- en afvullijnen.
  • Oplossen van kleine technische storingen.
  • Actief meewerken aan de productielijn.
  • Collega's ondersteunen en mee aansturen binnen een team van ongeveer 1 tot 5 medewerkers.
  • Uitvoeren van kwaliteits- en veiligheidscontroles.
  • Opleiding krijgen op alle 4 assemblagelijnen.
  • Je technische kennis en inzicht verder ontwikkelen.

Je krijgt hierbij de nodige opleiding en begeleiding zodat je steeds zelfstandiger kunt werken.

Jaar 2 – Doorgroeien naar Teamleader

Heb je de productie en de verschillende lijnen goed leren kennen? Dan krijg je steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid.

Je groeit verder in:

  • Opvolgen van de dagelijkse productie en planning.
  • Begeleiden en opleiden van collega's.
  • Aansturen en motiveren van medewerkers.
  • Bewaken van kwaliteit, veiligheid en efficiëntie.
  • Problemen op de werkvloer mee analyseren en oplossen.
  • Voorbereiden op jouw toekomstige functie als Teamleader Productie.

Je krijgt dus niet zomaar extra taken, maar wordt stap voor stap voorbereid op een echte leidinggevende functie.

Wie zoeken we?

We zoeken vooral iemand met ambitie, verantwoordelijkheidszin en de juiste werkmentaliteit.

  • Hebt technisch en praktisch inzicht.
  • Bent leergierig en staat open voor interne opleiding.
  • Neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid op.
  • Hebt de ambitie en het potentieel om een team aan te sturen.
  • Bent een teamspeler en communiceert duidelijk.
  • Werkt nauwkeurig en kwaliteitsbewust.
  • Steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen.
  • Bent bereid om in een 2-ploegensysteem te werken.
  • Hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands.

Ervaring als operator of binnen een productieomgeving is mooi meegenomen, maar geen absolute vereiste. Voor dit traject zijn vooral jouw motivatie, technische interesse en ambitie om door te groeien belangrijk.
