Wat ga je doen?

Voor een internationale speler binnen de productiesector zoeken wij een productieoperator. Je treedt rechtstreeks in dienst bij de opdrachtgever.

Je komt te werken in een hightech omgeving met een sterke focus op kwaliteit en innovatie. Daarnaast krijg je volop mogelijkheden om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen.

Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Controleren van aangeleverde grondstoffen
  • Aansluiten van grondstoffen en nemen van monsters voor kwaliteitscontrole
  • Bedienen van productiemachines volgens geldende procedures en normen
  • Bewaken van de kwaliteit en voortgang van het productieproces
  • Registreren van productiegegevens in logboeken
  • Reinigen van machines en netjes houden van de werkplek volgens richtlijnen
  • Signaleren en rapporteren van afwijkingen
  • Bijdragen aan het behalen van productie-doelstellingen
  • Controleren van voorraden (zoals houdbaarheid en beschadigingen)
  • Meedenken over procesverbeteringen

PROFIEL

  • Je hebt een technische of mechanische opleiding op mbo-niveau 3 of 4
  • Je werkt graag in een klein team met korte communicatielijnen
  • Je bent nauwkeurig, analytisch en kwaliteitsgericht
  • Je hebt een proactieve en praktische werkhouding
  • Je bent bekend met kwaliteitsnormen (zoals GMP en ISO)
  • Je hebt verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en maakt je werk zorgvuldig af

AANBOD

  • Salaris tussen €2.800 en €3.000 bruto per maand
  • 12% ploegentoeslag (2-ploegendienst)
  • 30 verlofdagen en 8% vakantiegeld
  • Reiskostenvergoeding (€0,23 per km)
