Productieoperator/inpakker (m,v,x)

FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Als operator – inpakker speel je een belangrijke rol binnen onze productie. Je zorgt ervoor dat onze producten worden gecontroleerd, verpakt en afgewerkt volgens de kwaliteitsnormen van onze klanten. Samen met je collega’s draag je bij aan een vlot en efficiënt productieproces.

Jouw belangrijkste taken:

  • Toezicht houden op de doorstroom en voortgang van producten op de productielijn
  • Kwaliteit van de producten controleren, inpakken en stapelen volgens klantvoorschriften
  • Bij afwijkingen aan producten of storingen aan machines gepast reageren en indien nodig signaleren aan de ploegbaas of operator
  • Uitvoeren van eenvoudige onderhoudswerkzaamheden en basisonderhoud
  • Correct uitvoeren van administratieve registraties
  • Toepassen van afvalsorteringsprocedures
  • De operator ondersteunen bij het omstellen van machines, de productie-opvolging en bevoorrading van de lijn

  • Een technisch diploma is niet vereist, maar ervaring in en interesse voor techniek is een plus
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, kwaliteitsbewust en correct
  • Je past je vlot aan bij veranderende omstandigheden
  • Je houdt je aan procedures en komt afspraken na
  • Je neemt initiatief, stelt prioriteiten en werkt doel- en oplossingsgericht
  • Je beschikt over een goede kennis van het Nederlands
  • Je bent een teamplayer die ook zelfstandig kan werken
  • Hands-on mentaliteit
