Onze klant is een innovatieve en sterk groeiende industriële speler actief binnen de chemische sector, met een duidelijke focus op kwaliteit, veiligheid en technologische vooruitgang. Binnen een moderne productieomgeving, waar vakmanschap en precisie centraal staan, bouwen zij dagelijks aan producten die internationaal worden ingezet. Voor de verdere uitbouw van een gespecialiseerd productiecentrum zoeken wij een Productieoperator / Pigmentmaker.

  • Opstarten, opvolgen en afronden van chemische productieprocessen
  • Afwegen van grondstoffen en correct instellen van procesparameters
  • Bedienen en opvolgen van installaties en productielijnen
  • Uitvoeren van controles en testen tijdens het productieproces
  • Bijsturen van processen om kwaliteit en efficiëntie te garanderen
  • Registreren van productie- en kwaliteitsgegevens
  • Toezien op orde, netheid, veiligheid en milieuvoorschriften
  • Uitvoeren van eerstelijnsonderhoud en signaleren van storingen
  • Ervaring binnen een industriële of productieomgeving (chemie is een plus)
  • Technisch inzicht; technisch secundair diploma is een meerwaarde
  • Nauwkeurig, kwaliteitsbewust en zelfstandig ingesteld
  • Sterke aandacht voor veiligheid, orde en netheid
  • Ervaring met de heftruck (attest is een plus, geen must)
  • Vlotte kennis van het Nederlands; basiskennis Engels is een extra troef
  • Bereidheid om te werken in een 2-ploegenstelsel, met occasionele nachtinzet
  • Betrouwbare teamspeler met een hands-on mentaliteit
