Onze klant is een sterk groeiende producent van zoetigheden en lekkernijen. Ze zijn ter uitbreiding op zoek naar een operator.

Wie zoeken we?

  • Heb je ervaring in de productie en je wil verder de functie als operator aanleren?
  • Of je hebt al een mooie ervaring als operator en je wil deze verder uitbreiden?

Bij onze klant kunnen ze jou zeker en vast de nodige kansen bieden!

  • Je bent beschikbaar om te werken in de vaste nacht.

  • Je krijgt een doorgedreven training, bij opstart sta je steeds samen met een ervaren collega die je alles zal aanleren.
  • Je krijgt ook een stabiele werkplanning, afwisselend met de ene week een vroege ploeg en de andere week een late ploeg.

  • Verder zal je steeds de kans krijgen om vast in dienst te treden na een geslaagde uitzendperiode.

Functieomschrijving

Als operator sta jij in de productie vooral in voor het reilen en zeilen van de mengmachines.

Jouw takenpakket?

  • Je start met het aanleren van de machines en bereidingen
  • Stap voor stap leer je de recepturen aan, zo weet je wanneer je de grondstoffen moet toevoegen, via welke temperatuur,...
  • Al doende leer je de storingen opsporen, zo kan je ingrijpen wanneer nodig.
  • Tussendoor zorg je voor een vlot verloop van de productie, zo help je mee met het reinigen van de ketels,...
  • Je staat in voor het instellen van de machines. Je staat in voor het ombouwen van de machines.
  • Je verzorgt voor de nodige bijhorende documentatie.
