ROY2.0 is een modern en ambitieus productiebedrijf actief in de kunststofverwerkende sector. Met trots dragen we bij aan een groenere en meer circulaire wereld. We geven kunststof reststromen een nieuw leven door ze te verwerken tot duurzame rijplaten van 100% gerecycleerde kunststof.

Onze missie? Landbouw-, bouw- en evenemententerreinen wereldwijd toegankelijk maken met sterke en duurzame rijplaten uit gerecycleerde kunststof.

Onze ambitie is duidelijk: uitgroeien tot dé referentie op het vlak van circulaire productie van kunststof rijplaten.

Daarbij vinden we niet alleen belangrijk wat we doen, maar ook hoe we dat doen. Klantgerichtheid, betrokkenheid, openheid, collegialiteit, betrouwbaarheid en respect vormen de basis van onze manier van samenwerken.

In Beringen bouwen we volop aan een moderne, sterk geautomatiseerde productieomgeving. Wat begon als een volledig lege hal, krijgt steeds meer vorm. De installaties staan er, de productielijnen draaien en worden verder geoptimaliseerd, en samen bouwen we elke dag verder aan onze productieomgeving.

Onze productie draait 24/7. In kleine teams van 2 à 3 operatoren verwerken we gerecycleerde kunststof tot hoogwaardige, duurzame rijplaten.

Voor onze vaste vroege/late ploeg zoeken we een productieoperator die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt.

Ben jij technisch aangelegd, werk je graag zelfstandig én in een klein team en ben je iemand die initiatief neemt wanneer dat nodig is? Heb je een positieve werkhouding en voel je je thuis in een productieomgeving waar nog volop gebouwd, verbeterd en geoptimaliseerd wordt? Dan maken we graag kennis met jou.

Wat ga je doen?

Als productieoperator zorg je samen met je collega’s voor een veilig, vlot en kwaliteitsvol productieproces. Je krijgt verantwoordelijkheid over verschillende onderdelen van onze productielijn en leert onze installaties grondig kennen.

Je taken bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Bewaken en opvolgen van het productieproces;
  • Bedienen en controleren van de productie-installaties;
  • Zorgen voor een tijdige aanvoer van grondstoffen;
  • Afvoeren en correct behandelen van afgewerkte producten;
  • Signaleren van afwijkingen en technische problemen;
  • Mee zoeken naar oplossingen en verbeteringen in het productieproces;
  • Bewaken van kwaliteit en veiligheid;
  • Zorgen voor orde en netheid op de werkvloer.

Ervaring is mooi meegenomen, motivatie is belangrijker

Een specifieke vooropleiding is niet vereist. We zorgen voor een interne opleiding en begeleiding op de werkvloer, zodat je onze installaties, processen en producten stap voor stap leert kennen.

Je wordt polyvalent opgeleid en leert werken op drie verschillende werkposten. Zo krijg je afwisseling in je job en bouw je een brede technische kennis van onze productieomgeving op.

Wat we vooral zoeken? Iemand die betrokken is, verantwoordelijkheid neemt, technisch inzicht heeft en samen met zijn collega's wil bouwen aan de verdere groei van ROY2.0.

Wie weet tot snel?

Kennis en ervaring (hard skills):

 Technisch diploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.

 Basiskennis productiebesturing en automatisering.

 Logistiek inzicht en administratieve nauwkeurigheid.

 Heftruckattest (of bereidheid om te behalen).

 Beheersing Nederlandse taal (gesproken en geschreven).

 Bereidheid tot werken in ploegensysteem
