Hou jij van techniek en machines? In deze job werk je mee aan het verzagen, bewerken en voorbereiden van metalen buizen in een industriële omgeving.

Als machineoperator werk je in een productieomgeving waar metalen buizen worden verwerkt. Je taken bestaan uit:

  • Lossen en correct stockeren van buizen met een vrachtwagen of intern transportmiddel
  • Klaarzetten en aanvoeren van materialen naar de zaaglijn
  • Instellen en bedienen van automatische zaagmachines
  • Verzagen en ontbramen van buizen met behulp van geautomatiseerde apparatuur
  • Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles tijdens het productieproces

Naast deze hoofdactiviteiten kan je ook ingezet worden in andere stappen binnen het productieproces, afhankelijk van de nood in de afdeling.

  • Opleiding in metaalbewerking of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Eerste werkervaring in een productieomgeving is een pluspunt
  • Basiskennis van CNC-machines is een troef
  • In het bezit van een attest heftruck en/of zijlader, of bereid dit te behalen
  • In staat om technische tekeningen en werkkaarten te lezen
  • Vlot kunnen werken met meetinstrumenten
  • Flexibel ingesteld en bereid om in een tweeploegenstelsel (vroeg/laat) te werken
  • Goede kennis van het Nederlands (minstens B2 of gelijkwaardig door ervaring of test)
  • Beschikt over eigen vervoer om de werkplaats te bereiken
