Ben jij een organisatorisch talent met een passie voor planning en structuur? Krijg je energie van het coördineren van processen en het bewaken van deadlines? Dan is deze functie als productieplanner zeker iets voor jou.

Als productieplanner ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opmaken en nauwkeurig opvolgen van de overkoepelende planning van alle klantenorders. Je houdt het overzicht, stuurt bij waar nodig en zorgt ervoor dat alles efficiënt en volgens planning verloopt. Dankzij jouw sterke communicatie werk je vlot samen met zowel interne als externe stakeholders.

Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden

  • Verwerken en bevestigen van klantenorders
  • Inplannen van orders op basis van de beschikbare productiecapaciteit in het ERP-systeem
  • Actief bewaken van de voortgang en tijdig bijsturen waar nodig
  • Uitwerken en optimaliseren van een systeem dat continu inzicht biedt in de planning
  • Opstellen van rapporteringen voor interne en externe stakeholders
  • Intensief samenwerken en communiceren met verschillende afdelingen
  • Rechtstreeks rapporteren aan de Supply Chain Manager

PROFIEL

  • Je beschikt over een technische bachelor of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Je hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van MS Office en ervaring met ERP-systemen
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd, bent communicatief sterk en servicegericht
  • Je behoudt het overzicht en blijft stressbestendig in een dynamische omgeving
