Voor een productiebedrijf in de foodsector in Arnhem zoeken we een Productieplanner die de productieplanning en capaciteitsplanning in goede banen leidt en nauw samenwerkt met inkoop, operations en de logistieke keten. Ons aanbod - Salaris van € 3.500 tot € 4.600 bruto per maand op basis van 40 uur; - 27 vakantiedagen per jaar; - Bonusregeling tot 10% van het jaarsalaris op basis van behaalde KPI's; - Een opleidingsbudget van € 1.500 per jaar voor relevante vakopleidingen; - Laptop & telefoon van de zaak; - Een innovatieve werkomgeving waarin jij een bijdrage mag leveren aan strategische initiatieven en de ruimte en vrijheid om met eigen initiatieven te komen; Wat ga je doen als Productieplanner - Opstellen en bewaken van de productieplanning op korte en middellange termijn; - Vertalen van demand planning en forecasting naar een haalbaar productieschema; - Afstemmen van de capaciteitsplanning met de teamleiders op de vloer; - Signaleren van knelpunten in de supply chain en proactief doorvoeren van procesoptimalisatie; - Ondersteunen van het S&OP overleg en bewaken van OTIF-afspraken met klanten. Wat zijn jouw kwaliteiten - Hbo werk- en denkniveau - Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een planningsrol binnen een productie- of foodomgeving; - Aantoonbare kennis van MRP-systemen en ERP, bij voorkeur in de foodsector; - Scherp analytisch, gewend om te sturen op KPI's en voorraadbeheer; - Een goede beheersing van het Nederlands en Engels is een vereiste.
