Libeert is een Belgisch familiebedrijf met een sterke reputatie in chocolade. Vanuit Komen worden kwaliteitsvolle chocoladeproducten gemaakt voor klanten in binnen- en buitenland. Om de verdere groei te ondersteunen, zijn we op zoek naar een Logistiek planner.

Jobomschrijving

Hou jij ervan dat alles op het juiste moment op de juiste plaats terechtkomt? Als Logistiek Planner bij Libeert ben jij de schakel tussen magazijnen, transporteurs, productie en klanten. Jij houdt het overzicht, anticipeert op problemen en zorgt ervoor dat onze goederenstromen vlot blijven lopen.

Libeert is een Belgische chocoladeproducent met een rijke geschiedenis. Achter elke lekkere chocoladereep staat een logistieke keten die perfect moet draaien. En daar speel jij een belangrijke rol in.

Jouw uitdaging:

  • Je plant en volgt transporten op tussen het hoofdmagazijn, externe magazijnen en klanten.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met externe logistieke partners en transporteurs en bent hun dagelijkse aanspreekpunt.
  • Je zorgt dat transportdocumenten, douanedocumenten en registraties tijdig in orde zijn.
  • Je beheert de contacten met onze externe magazijnen en houdt zicht op de beschikbare voorraadcapaciteit.
  • Je stemt de aanvoer van extern gestockeerde verpakkingen af op de productieplanning, zodat alles tijdig beschikbaar is.
  • Je organiseert stocktellingen en analyseert de voorraadverdeling tussen de verschillende magazijnen.
  • Je bewaakt afspraken met logistieke partners en hebt oog voor kosten en efficiëntie.
  • Je denkt actief mee over hoe logistieke processen beter en efficiënter kunnen.

Je werkt nauw samen met je collega die instaat voor de interne logistiek en warehousing. Daarnaast heb je dagelijks contact met aankoop, productieplanning en customer service. Je rapporteert aan de Supply Chain Manager.

Je bent een organisator die graag vooruitkijkt. Wanneer een transport wijzigt of ergens een probleem opduikt, blijf je niet bij de pakken zitten maar zoek je snel naar een oplossing.

Daarnaast:

  • Heb je een opleiding en/of ervaring binnen logistiek of supply chain. Ook ervaring in customer service of productieplanning kan een goede basis zijn.
  • Werk je nauwkeurig en gestructureerd, ook wanneer het druk wordt.
  • Neem je initiatief en signaleer je knelpunten voordat ze problemen worden.
  • Schakel je vlot tussen verschillende partijen en behoud je het overzicht.
  • Spreek je goed Nederlands en kan je je uitdrukken in het Frans. Engels is mooi meegenomen.

Pluspunt: Ervaring met SAP is een plus, maar geen vereiste.
