The posting

Onze klant in de regio van Tienen is een gevestigde waarde binnen de chemie- en voedingssector. Ze maken op een milieuvriendelijke manier grondstoffen en bijproducten die wereldwijd hun weg vinden naar de voeding, verzorgingsproducten en farmacie.

In deze rol als Productieplanner ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opmaken van de dagelijkse productie- en voorraadplanning. Je kijkt gericht naar wat de klant vraagt en stemt de capaciteit daar naadloos op af. Daarnaast neem je ook vol goesting het administratieve luik op je, zoals de controle van facturen en het ingeven van bestellingen. Uitzonderlijk voor een productieomgeving geniet je hier van flexibele werkuren en thuiswerkmogelijkheden!

Taken

  • Het opstellen en nauwgezet opvolgen van de dagelijkse productieplanning op basis van de actuele klantenvraag.
  • Het inplannen en opvolgen van de voorraden in de twee externe magazijnen.
  • Het opnemen van de transportplanning op kleine schaal en direct ingrijpen als er onderweg iets misloopt.
  • Het uitvoeren van voorraad- en stookcontroles om de operationele flow strak te houden.
  • Het verwerken van bestellingen en het feilloos registreren van gegevens in SAP.
  • Het controleren en administratief afhandelen van inkomende facturen.
  • Het maken van heldere rapportages om de planning continu te optimaliseren.
  • Het vlot communiceren en afstemmen met productie, customer service, QA en boekhouding.

Profiel

  • Je beschikt over ongeveer 3 jaar relevante werkervaring binnen een productie- of logistieke omgeving.
  • Ervaring binnen de chemie- of voedingssector is een absolute must.
  • Je werkt heel vlot met MS Excel; kennis van SAP is een mooie troef
  • Je hebt een proactieve mindset en je voelt je goed in een organisatie die sterk in beweging is.
