Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Je stelt haalbare productie- en capaciteitsplanningen op en stemt de benodigde materialen, machines en mankracht optimaal op elkaar af.
  • Je ondersteunt de productieleider bij de dagelijkse aansturing op de werkvloer en stuurt bij bij operationele knelpunten of prioriteitswijzigingen.
  • Je bewaakt de voortgang van de fabricagedossiers, controleert de benodigde voorraden en verzorgt de administratieve verwerking in het ERP-systeem.
  • Je analyseert de plannings- en productiedata om verbetervoorstellen te formuleren rond doorlooptijden, rendement en efficiëntie.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je beschikt over een Bachelor- of Masterdiploma in een technische of logistieke richting, of hebt gelijkwaardige ervaring opgebouwd in een productieomgeving.
  • Je hebt een sterk technisch inzicht, bent cijfermatig onderlegd en weet prioriteiten te stellen in een dynamische fabrieksomgeving.
  • Je bent communicatief daadkrachtig, werkt uitermate gestructureerd en stapt gemakkelijk de werkvloer op om te schakelen met de operators.
  • Je hebt een hele goede kennis van het Nederlands en kan vlot overweg met MS Office (Excel) en ERP-software.
