Vanuit een dynamische productie- en handelsomgeving worden dagelijks verse groenten en fruit verwerkt en geleverd. Binnen de organisatie werken commercie, productie, logistiek, kwaliteit en planning nauw samen. Door de dynamiek van de versmarkt verandert de vraag regelmatig. Daarom is een betrouwbare en flexibele productieplanning essentieel. De productieplanning is volop in ontwikkeling. Ter versterking van het team zoeken wij twee daadkrachtige en gestructureerde Productieplanners De functie Als Productieplanner ben je verantwoordelijk voor een haalbare en efficiënte dagelijkse productieplanning. Je stemt productieorders, capaciteit, mensen en middelen op elkaar af en bewaakt de voortgang. De planning verandert regelmatig. Jij houdt het overzicht, stelt de juiste prioriteiten en beoordeelt de gevolgen van ad-hoc wijzigingen voordat je bijstuurt. Je communiceert helder over keuzes en zorgt voor rust en voorspelbaarheid binnen de productie. Je werkt nauw samen met productie en andere afdelingen en weet wanneer je moet schakelen, bijsturen of juist vasthouden aan de planning. Daarnaast krijg je ruimte om mee te denken over het verbeteren en professionaliseren van de planning en processen. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden - Opstellen, bewaken en bijsturen van de dagelijkse productieplanning. - Afstemmen van orders, capaciteit en beschikbare middelen. - Prioriteiten stellen bij wijzigingen en verstoringen. - Signaleren van knelpunten en anticiperen op gevolgen. - Afstemmen met productie en andere betrokken afdelingen. - Duidelijk communiceren over wijzigingen en gemaakte keuzes. - Zorgen voor een gestructureerde vastlegging van planningsinformatie. - Zelfstandig beslissingen nemen binnen de afgesproken kaders. - Bijdragen aan kennisdeling en verdere professionalisering van de planning.
