Libeert is een Belgisch familiebedrijf met een sterke reputatie in chocolade. Vanuit Komen worden kwaliteitsvolle chocoladeproducten gemaakt voor klanten in binnen- en buitenland. Om de verdere groei te ondersteunen, zijn we op zoek naar een Productieplanner.

Jobomschrijving

Een productieplanning maken is één ding. Ervoor zorgen dat grondstoffen beschikbaar zijn, productielijnen optimaal draaien en klanten op tijd beleverd worden, is iets anders. Als Productieplanner bij Libeert leg je die puzzel dagelijks. Je houdt het overzicht, anticipeert op veranderingen en zorgt dat de planning aansluit bij de commerciële ambities van het bedrijf.

Concreet:

  • Je vertaalt forecasts, klantorders en capaciteit naar een haalbare en optimale productieplanning.
  • Je maakt de chocoladeplanning op voor de verschillende productielijnen en zorgt dat de chocoladetanks tijdig gevuld zijn.
  • Je stemt de planning af met Productie, Sales en Customer Service.
  • Je bent regelmatig aanwezig op de productievloer en stemt af met de lijnverantwoordelijken.
  • Je bewaakt voorraden, capaciteiten en beschikbaarheid en stuurt bij waar nodig.
  • Extra bestelling of onverwachte vraag? Jij bekijkt hoe je die binnen de bestaande planning inpast.
  • Je kijkt vooruit en signaleert knelpunten én opportuniteiten voordat ze problemen worden.
  • Via jouw planning stuur je mee de volledige supply chain aan, van aankoop tot levering.

We zoeken iemand die energie krijgt van puzzelen, organiseren en vooruitdenken. Iemand die rustig blijft wanneer de planning verandert en net voldoening haalt uit het opnieuw vinden van de juiste oplossing.

Je beschikt over:

  • Enkele jaren ervaring als productieplanner, bij voorkeur in een productieomgeving.
  • Een goede kennis van Excel en ervaring met een ERP-systeem. SAP is een plus.
  • Een goede kennis van Nederlands en voldoende kennis van Frans en Engels.
  • Je communiceert vlot met Sales, Customer Service, Aankoop, Logistiek en Productie.
  • Je bent flexibel wanneer de realiteit afwijkt van de planning.
  • Je houdt van afwisseling en krijgt energie van organiseren.
