Vanuit moderne productielocaties wordt gewerkt voor klanten in binnen- en buitenland. De werksfeer is nuchter en betrokken, met korte lijnen en veel aandacht voor kwaliteit, duurzaamheid en verbetering. Functieomschrijving Je werkt binnen het Supply Chain-team en hebt dagelijks contact met productie, magazijn, kwaliteit en technische dienst. Verandert de vraag of ontstaat er een knelpunt? Dan pas jij de planning aan en zorg je dat iedereen weet waar hij aan toe is. - Je maakt en bewaakt de dagelijkse productieplanning op basis van forecasts en capaciteit; - Je controleert de beschikbaarheid van grondstoffen en verpakkingsmaterialen; - Je bewaakt voorraden van halffabricaten en gereed product, ook bij externe opslaglocaties; - Je signaleert afwijkingen en lost knelpunten samen met collega's op; - Je maakt rapportages over productie, voorraad en knelpunten; - Je stemt dagelijks af met productie, magazijn, kwaliteit en technische dienst; - Je verbetert de planning op basis van resultaten en actuele ontwikkelingen. Functie-eisen Je hoeft nog geen jarenlange ervaring als Productieplanner te hebben. Ook als starter met een passende achtergrond ben je welkom. Belangrijker is dat je snel verbanden ziet, structuur aanbrengt en actie onderneemt. - Je hebt hbo werk- en denkniveau, bijvoorbeeld in supply chain, logistiek of bedrijfskunde; - Je werkt analytisch en houdt overzicht wanneer prioriteiten veranderen; - Je pakt werkzaamheden zelfstandig op en denkt in oplossingen; - Je communiceert makkelijk met verschillende afdelingen; - Ervaring met ERP-systemen is een pre; Microsoft Dynamics is mooi meegenomen; - Je beheerst het Nederlands goed en hebt basiskennis van het Engels.
