Als Productieplanner maak je deel uit van het team dat verantwoordelijk is voor de planning en opvolging van onze vuilniswagens (VDK). Je vormt de schakel tussen productie, sales en de verschillende afdelingen binnen onze organisatie.

In deze rol zorg je ervoor dat onze productiecapaciteit optimaal wordt benut en dat projecten vlot doorheen het productieproces verlopen. Je bent regelmatig aanwezig op de werkvloer, volgt de planning nauwgezet op en denkt actief mee over oplossingen wanneer zich knelpunten voordoen.

  • je ondersteunt het team bij het opmaken, opvolgen en bijsturen van de productieplanning
  • je onderhoudt dagelijks contact met afdelingsverantwoordelijken
  • je bewaakt de productiecapaciteit en signaleert tijdig mogelijke problemen of vertragingen
  • je denkt pragmatisch mee over oplossingen om een efficiënte doorstroming van de productie te garanderen
  • je werkt actief mee aan het optimaliseren van productiemethoden en werkprocessen
  • je bent regelmatig aanwezig in de productieomgeving en ondersteunt de afdelingen met een hands-on aanpak
  • Je hebt een sterke technische affiniteit en interesse in productieomgevingen.
  • Kennis of ervaring in metaalconstructie is een pluspunt.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en bent administratief sterk.
  • Je bent oplossingsgericht en houdt het hoofd koel wanneer de planning moet worden aangepast.
  • Je communiceert vlot en durft initiatief nemen.
  • Je werkt graag samen met verschillende afdelingen en voelt je thuis op de werkvloer.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en beschikt over een basiskennis Frans en Engels.
