Vivaldis Technics Bedienden is op zoek naar een Planner voor onze klant in Hamont-Achel. Onze klant is gespecialiseerd in hoogwaardige metaalbewerking en toelevering. Neem gerust de vacature even door! Indien je nog vragen hebt, kan je ons telefonisch bereiken op 011 15 37 29.

Jouw takenpakket als Planner bestaat uit:

  • Het opstellen, opvolgen en dagelijks finetunen van de productieplanning.
  • Anticiperen en snel schakelen bij onverwachte storingen, capaciteitstekorten of vertragingen in het proces.
  • Het stellen van de juiste prioriteiten op basis van de beschikbare capaciteit en de afgesproken levertermijnen.
  • Het nauwgezet opvolgen van lopende orders doorheen het gehele productieproces.
  • Het accuraat invoeren en bijhouden van klantorders en logistieke data in het ERP-systeem.
  • Het organiseren en afstemmen van transporten, ophalingen en externe uitbestedingen.
  • Klanten proactief en transparant informeren over eventuele wijzigingen in hun levering.
  • Voortdurend overleggen met interne diensten zoals aankoop, werkvoorbereiding, productie en de kwaliteitsdienst.

Profiel

Als Planner herken je jezelf in volgende punten:

  • Je bent daadkrachtig, durft knopen door te hakken en verliest het overzicht niet in een dynamische werkomgeving.
  • Je neemt ownership over je taken en stelt alles in het werk om gemaakte afspraken na te komen.
  • Je hebt een vooruitziende blik en begrijpt de impact van jouw planning op collega's en klanten.
  • Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden voor het contact met klanten, leveranciers en interne teams.
  • Je hebt een vlotte computennis en kan goed overweg met ERP-software en MS Office.
  • Kwaliteit, veiligheid en een goede teamgeest zijn voor jou vanzelfsprekend.
