Jij kent productie. Je weet wat er op de werkvloer gebeurt wanneer een planning niet klopt. Machines die opnieuw moeten worden omgebouwd, capaciteit die verloren gaat en orders die elkaar in de weg zitten. In deze rol krijg je de kans om daar écht verandering in te brengen.

Voor een internationale producent van thermogevormde kunststofverpakkingen zoeken we een ervaren Production Planner met een sterke affiniteit met techniek en productie. De functie komt vrij omdat de huidige planner binnenkort met pensioen gaat. De organisatie wil bewust niet zomaar iemand vervangen, maar iemand binnenhalen die met een frisse blik naar de productie kijkt. De uitdaging gaat verder dan het opmaken van een planning. Je onderzoekt hoe orders slimmer gecombineerd kunnen worden, zodat machines minder vaak moeten worden omgebouwd en beschikbare capaciteit maximaal wordt benut.

Je:

  • maakt en beheert de tactische planning van de thermoform-afdeling;
  • analyseert forecasts en vertaalt deze naar een haalbare productieplanning;
  • bewaakt capaciteit, voorraad, bezetting en levertermijnen;
  • werkt nauw samen met sales, productie en andere afdelingen;
  • analyseert productieprocessen en detecteert verbeterkansen;
  • werkt samen met productiesites in België, Frankrijk en Polen;
  • gebruikt digitale scenarioplanning om verschillende productiescenario's te beoordelen;
  • denkt actief mee over automatisering, AI en nieuwe technologieën.

We zoeken geen planner die enkel sterk is met Excel en planningen. Je begrijpt hoe een productieomgeving werkt. Misschien ben je vandaag actief als productieplanner, werkvoorbereider, production engineer, technisch coördinator of in een gelijkaardige functie.

Belangrijker dan je exacte functietitel is dat je:

  • ervaring hebt binnen productie en planning;
  • technische processen begrijpt;
  • analytisch naar productiecapaciteit en efficiëntie kijkt;
  • kritisch durft te zijn over bestaande werkwijzen;
  • verbeteringen niet alleen bedenkt, maar ook mee realiseert;
  • vlot communiceert in Nederlands, Engels en Frans.
