Je komt terecht in het kloppende hart van de organisatie, waar je een cruciale rol speelt in het optimaal laten draaien van onze negen productielijnen.

Productieplanning & coördinatie

  • Je stelt een efficiënte en realistische productieplanning op waarbij je rekening houdt met klantvragen, productiecapaciteit, voorraad en magazijnruimte.
  • Je bewaakt voortdurend de voortgang van de planning en stuurt bij waar nodig.
  • Je houdt meerdere prioriteiten tegelijk onder controle en behoudt ook onder tijdsdruk het overzicht.
  • Je denkt vooruit en voorkomt knelpunten voordat ze impact hebben op de productie.

Samenwerking & communicatie

  • Je werkt dagelijks nauw samen met productie, logistiek, customer service en supply chain.
  • Je neemt deel aan operationele overlegmomenten en stemt capaciteit, leveringen en voorraad zorgvuldig af.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat alle betrokken afdelingen steeds over de juiste informatie beschikken.
  • Je draagt actief bij aan een vlotte samenwerking tussen alle schakels binnen de organisatie.

Analyse, systemen & verbetering

  • Je beheert het planningssysteem en het ERP-pakket (CBS) en zorgt voor een correcte registratie van productiegegevens, bezetting en stilstanden.
  • Je analyseert de planning en zoekt voortdurend naar verbeteringen om onze leverbetrouwbaarheid (OTIF) verder te verhogen.
  • Je werkt steeds volgens de geldende kwaliteits-, veiligheids-, gezondheids- en milieunormen (QSHE).
  • Je denkt mee over optimalisaties die de efficiëntie van onze productie verder versterken.
  • Je behaalde een bachelor in Supply Chain, Logistiek, een technische richting of bent gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring.
  • Je hebt al een eerste succesvolle werkervaring opgebouwd, bij voorkeur binnen een productie- of industriële omgeving.
  • Je bent analytisch sterk en houdt ervan om complexe planningen op te lossen.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, nauwkeurig en behoudt het overzicht in een snel veranderende omgeving.
  • Je bent flexibel, stressbestendig en weet steeds de juiste prioriteiten te stellen.
  • Je communiceert vlot en bouwt gemakkelijk bruggen tussen verschillende afdelingen.
  • Je neemt initiatief en denkt actief mee over verbeteringen.
