The posting

Wil jij niet de hele dag achter je computer zitten, maar planning combineren met rechtstreeks contact met de productie? Als Productieplanner in regio Staden zorg je ervoor dat de orders binnen de productie van vuilniswagens efficiënt ingepland en opgevolgd worden.

Je versterkt het huidige planningsteam en krijgt een functie waarin administratie, technisch inzicht en aanwezigheid op de werkvloer samenkomen. Ongeveer 40% van je tijd ben je in het atelier aanwezig om af te stemmen met teamleads en medewerkers. Zo weet je wat er werkelijk speelt en kun je snel reageren wanneer de planning verandert.

Ook als schoolverlater krijg je hier een kans. Belangrijker dan jaren ervaring is dat je interesse hebt in een technische productieomgeving en al enige kennis of ervaring hebt opgebouwd binnen metaal.

Verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je plant en volgt de verschillende productieorders.
  • Je maakt reservatielijsten op en houdt deze nauwkeurig up-to-date.
  • Je stemt dagelijks af met teamleads en medewerkers op de werkvloer over capaciteit, voortgang en prioriteiten.
  • Je volgt op of de geplande werkzaamheden volgens timing verlopen en stuurt bij wanneer nodig.
  • Je signaleert mogelijke vertragingen of knelpunten en zoekt samen met productie naar een haalbare oplossing.
  • Je combineert administratieve planning met een sterke aanwezigheid in het atelier.
  • Je helpt mee om de samenwerking tussen planning en productie verder te verbeteren.
  • Je hebt een technische achtergrond of hebt via opleiding, stage of werkervaring kennis opgedaan van metaal of metaalbewerking.
  • Zowel kandidaten met ervaring als schoolverlaters komen in aanmerking.
  • Je bent hands-on en vindt het interessant om regelmatig tussen de productie en de medewerkers aanwezig te zijn.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en kunt verschillende orders en prioriteiten tegelijk opvolgen.
  • Je communiceert gemakkelijk met zowel medewerkers op de werkvloer als interne collega's.
  • Je denkt praktisch en oplossingsgericht wanneer de planning onverwacht verandert.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands. Een basiskennis Frans en Engels is een pluspunt.
