Onze klant is een toonaangevende KMO met bijna een eeuw ervaring in de ontwikkeling, het ontwerp en de productie van hoogtechnologische machines voor de automotive en industrie 4.0. Met meer dan 150 medewerkers en een jaarlijkse omzet van circa 40 miljoen euro staat dit familiebedrijf bekend om zijn sterk geautomatiseerd machinepark en innovatieve aanpak binnen een nichemarkt. Om de verdere groei te ondersteunen, zijn we op zoek naar een Productieplanner.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Je staat in voor het opmaken en opvolgen van de productieplanning en detailplanning per werkcenter
  • Daarnaast geef je materialen vrij en volg je de productieorders op in het ERP-systeem
  • Je bent actief aanwezig op de werkvloer en stuurt prioriteiten bij waar nodig
  • Samen met collega’s optimaliseer je processen en beheer je de impact van engineeringwijzigingen op de planning
  • Verder analyseer je problemen en knelpunten in de productie, waarna je verbeteringen implementeert
  • Tot slot beheer en pas je masterdata aan om de stukkenflow te optimaliseren en werk je mee aan de ERP-uitrol
  • Je behaalde een Bachelordiploma of beschikt over gelijkwaardige ervaring
  • Daarnaast heb je affiniteit met techniek en/of productie
  • Ervaring met ERP-systemen en uitgebreide kennis van Excel zijn noodzakelijk
  • Verder communiceer je vlot in het Nederlands en is kennis van het Frans en Engels een extra troef
