Productieplanner Converting

Jouw functie

  • Als planner zorg je voor een optimale detailplanning van de verschillende workcenters binnen de afdeling Converting. Hierbij houd je rekening met de beschikbare capaciteit, de aanwezigheid van materialen, levertermijn en minimale set-up.
  • Je stuurt de planning dagdagelijks bij op basis van informatie uit de besprekingen met je collega planner, de Supply Chain Planner en de verantwoordelijken van de afdelingen.
  • Je informeert sales betreffende de status van de orders.
  • Je volgt de orderafhandeling op in het ERP systeem
  • Je volgt jouw domein gerelateerde KPI’s op en rapporteert hierover.
  • Tevens ben je verantwoordelijk voor het analyseren van planvastheid en productiviteit over langere periodes en doet op basis daarvan voorstellen voor verbetering.
  • Je rapporteert in deze functie aan de Planning manager.

Jouw profiel

  • Wij zijn op zoek naar een enthousiast iemand met een positieve ingesteldheid die zowel klantgericht, kostenefficiënt, betrouwbaar en flexibel is.
  • Je hebt reeds soortgelijke werkervaring achter de rug in een productieomgeving.
  • Je bezit een sterk analytisch vermogen.
  • Je anticipeert op hindernissen, denkt vooruit over de mogelijk stappen en neemt initiatieven om snel tot een oplossing te komen.
  • Je bent diplomatisch, maar assertief.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken en in team.
  • Je beschikt over een goede kennis van MS Office.
  • Je hebt reeds ervaring in het werken met een ERP pakket, SAP is een pluspunt.
  • Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal en kan je vlot uitdrukken in het Engels.
