Met meer dan 10.000 installaties sinds 1974 bieden wij oplossingen op maat voor zowel particuliere als professionele klanten.

Ons volledige proces – van ontwerp tot installatie en after-sales service – voeren we uit in eigen beheer vanuit onze moderne faciliteit in Nieuwerkerken, Limburg. Daarnaast werken we samen met een netwerk van nationale en internationale partners om totaaloplossingen voor toegangsbeheer aan te bieden.

Om onze productie verder te optimaliseren, zijn wij op zoek naar een gedreven productieplanner.

Jouw functie

Als productieplanner ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen, opvolgen en optimaliseren van de productieplanning. Daarnaast zorg je ervoor dat de productieploegen duidelijke en correcte instructies krijgen via werkbonnen, zodat het productieproces efficiënt en foutloos verloopt.

Jouw taken

• Opstellen en beheren van de productieplanning op korte en lange termijn

• Opmaken van werkbonnen / productieorders met duidelijke instructies voor de productiemedewerkers

• Zorgen dat werkbonnen alle nodige info bevatten (materialen, bewerkingen, tekeningen, prioriteiten)

• Afstemmen van planning met productie, aankoop en transport

• Bewaken van levertermijnen en productiecapaciteit

• Opvolgen van materiaalbeschikbaarheid en bestellingen

• Bijsturen bij vertragingen of onverwachte problemen

• Optimaliseren van processen en efficiëntie in de productie

• Rapporteren over planning, prestaties en knelpunten aan de direct leidinggevende

• Actief meewerken aan verbeterprojecten

• Ervaring in productieplanning is een sterke troef

• Sterke organisatorische en analytische vaardigheden

• Je werkt gestructureerd en behoudt overzicht

• Communicatief sterk en een echte teamplayer

• Kennis van ERP-systemen is een pluspunt

• Affiniteit met de metaalsector of technische productie
