Bij een technisch productiebedrijf in Eindhoven ontwerp jij een planning die vandaag werkt en ook op lange termijn overeind blijft. Wat kun je verwachten? - Een bruto maandsalaris tot € 5.300,- bij 40 uur per week; - 25 vakantiedagen en 8,33% vakantiegeld; - Een reiskostenvergoeding van € 0,23 per kilometer; - Een zelfstandige rol als Productieplanner met echte verantwoordelijkheid en directe invloed op de operatie; - De vrijheid om planningsprocessen zelf vorm te geven en steeds te verbeteren; - Een informele organisatie waar de lijnen kort zijn. Wat ga je doen als Productieplanner? - Knelpunten in het proces signaleer je vroeg, ruim voordat de levertijd in gevaar komt; - De dagelijkse productieplanning stel je op en stuur je bij zodra de praktijk afwijkt van het plan; - Met verschillende afdelingen stem je af over ordervoortgang, capaciteit en prioriteiten; - Samen met een ervaren collega-planner professionaliseer je het planningsproces verder; - Ook denk je actief mee over de doorontwikkeling van de supply chain. Wat breng jij mee? - Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring als productieplanner ; - Hbo werk- en denkniveau; - Goede beheersing van het Nederlands en Engels; - Schakelen tussen verschillende belangen lukt je makkelijk en je brengt ze bij elkaar; - Overzicht en structuur bewaar je, ook als het tempo oploopt; - Zelf kom je met voorstellen om processen en systemen slimmer in te richten.
