Wil jij de productieplanning van een internationale voedingsproducent naar een hoger niveau tillen?

Voor een groeiende organisatie binnen de voedingsindustrie in regio West-Vlaanderen zoeken we een ervaren Productieplanner. Binnen deze internationale productieomgeving staat een betrouwbare supply chain centraal en werken verschillende afdelingen nauw samen om productie, voorraden en klantenvraag optimaal op elkaar af te stemmen.

Als Productieplanner krijg je een belangrijke positie tussen Aankoop, Productie, Supply Chain en Operations. Je bewaart het overzicht over de middellange termijn en zorgt dat grondstoffen, capaciteit, voorraad en commerciële verwachtingen samenkomen in één haalbare productieplanning.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • De geïntegreerde productieplanning op middellange termijn opstellen, beheren en voortdurend optimaliseren vormt jouw belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheid
  • Sales forecasts en concrete klantenvraag vertaal je naar een haalbare planning met aandacht voor capaciteit, voorraadniveaus en servicelevels
  • Beschikbare grondstoffen en verpakkingen stem je zorgvuldig af op de productiebehoeften, zodat de verschillende schakels binnen de supply chain aansluiten
  • Knelpunten merk je tijdig op en samen met Aankoop, Productie, Supply Chain en Operations werk je aan geschikte oplossingen
  • Met Power BI analyseer je KPI's en planningsprestaties, terwijl je als centraal aanspreekpunt planningsgerelateerde vraagstukken coördineert
  • Een masterdiploma als Industrieel Ingenieur, Burgerlijk Ingenieur, Handelsingenieur, TEW, Economie of binnen een gelijkwaardige opleiding is vereist
  • Minstens 3 tot 5 jaar relevante ervaring in supply chain planning, productieplanning of master scheduling binnen een productieomgeving is noodzakelijk, waarbij ervaring in de voedingsindustrie een sterke troef vormt
  • Grondige kennis van SAP is vereist, aangevuld met ervaring in Power BI voor data-analyse en rapportering
  • Uitstekende kennis van Frans en Engels is noodzakelijk en Nederlands vormt een pluspunt, samen met een analytische, besluitvaardige, gestructureerde en procesgerichte aanpak
