Een goede planning, materialen die op tijd binnen zijn en een werkplaats die weet wat er wanneer gemaakt moet worden. Daar zorg jij voor. Voor onze locatie in Goor zoeken we een ervaren Productieplanner / Inkoper. Iemand die overzicht houdt, vooruitkijkt en niet bang is om de werkplaats in te lopen als hij of zij wil weten hoe het er écht voor staat. Geen functie waarbij je alleen achter een scherm naar planningen kijkt dus. Jij staat midden in het proces. Wie ben jij? Als productieplanner / inkoper zorg jij ervoor dat onze productie goed voorbereid aan de slag kan. Je maakt en bewaakt de productieplanning, bepaalt samen met je collega's de juiste productievolgorde en zorgt dat alle benodigde materialen op tijd aanwezig zijn. Dit doe je in afstemming met de tekenkamer, zodat tekeningen op tijd binnen zijn en hierdoor diverse planningen gemaakt kunnen worden. Je bestelt en roept onder andere hout, kozijnen en klein materiaal af. Daarbij gaat het niet zozeer om het maken van commerciële inkoopafspraken, maar vooral om goed organiseren: wat hebben we nodig, hoeveel hebben we nodig en wanneer moet het er zijn? Niet alles gaat perfect, bij ons ook niet. Je planning kan weleens overhoop worden gehaald doordat er een team uitloopt op de bouw. Je bent in staat om snel een plan B te maken of je zet het plan in dat je al een tijd van tevoren hebt bedacht. Je loopt regelmatig de werkplaats in om te zien hoe het ervoor staat, overlegt met collega's en houdt feeling met het productieproces. Zo weet je wat er écht speelt en kun je op tijd bijsturen.
