Wil jij werken bij een gevestigde waarde in de machinebouwsector?

In regio Deinze versterk je een KMO met bijna een eeuw ervaring in het ontwerp, de ontwikkeling en productie van hoogtechnologische machines voor de automotive en Industrie 4.0. Met meer dan 150 medewerkers en een jaarlijkse omzet van circa 40 miljoen euro combineert dit familiebedrijf een sterk geautomatiseerd machinepark met een innovatieve aanpak.

Als Productieplanner ben jij de spil tussen productie, engineering en logistiek. Je krijgt een centrale rol waarbij je processen optimaliseert, planning bewaakt en bijdraagt aan de verdere groei van het bedrijf.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Als Productieplanner stel je de productieplanning en detailplanning per werkcenter op en volg je deze nauwgezet op
  • Daarnaast geef je materialen vrij en beheer je productieorders in het ERP-systeem, zodat alles op rolletjes verloopt
  • Verder ben je actief aanwezig op de werkvloer en stuur je prioriteiten bij waar nodig, om deadlines te halen en efficiëntie te verhogen
  • Ook optimaliseer je processen samen met collega’s en beheer je de impact van engineeringwijzigingen op de planning
  • Tot slot analyseer je knelpunten in de productie, implementeer je verbeteringen en beheer je masterdata om de flow te stroomlijnen en ERP-uitrol te ondersteunen
  • Je hebt een bachelor diploma of gelijkwaardige ervaring en krijgt energie van het plannen en organiseren van productie
  • ERP-systemen en Excel zijn voor jou geen onbekende, en je gebruikt ze graag om overzicht te bewaren
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en kan je vlot uitdrukken in Frans en/of Engels
